If you see something you don’t like, what do you do? It could be a $2.50 “convenience charge” for paying a parking ticket online (how ridiculous is that, City of Guelph?). It could be a delivery truck idling outside its destination for half an hour. Maybe it’s a misplaced apostrophe on a Chapters Indigo ad. Or, maybe it’s a process in your everyday work that’s just not working, and no one is willing to examine or even talk about it.
You want to change it, right?
You get angry, and you want to change it.
And sometimes, it takes every ounce of energy to stop from hulking out.
