Have you been reading the article I mentioned in my previous post? If not, you should. It’s quite good.

One of the ways which the study measures innovation is the number of patents generated. While this is not a perfect measure of innovation, it can be quite insightful. A proxy for innovation.

So, if we want to be innovative, we have to create an environment which regularly spawns new ideas, new ways of using knowledge, new approaches, new products…you get the idea.

Do things. Many things. Don’t fear failure.
